Services Provided
Ashley Dawn Studios offers personalized one-on-one sessions in music lessons, songwriting, music production, and video production. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow creatively, our sessions are designed to support self-expression, emotional healing, and professional development. We also offer guidance on recording techniques and strategies for turning your creativity into income.

Payment Terms

One-Time Sessions: Payment will be charged in full at the time of booking to confirm and hold your time slot.

Weekly & Bi-Weekly Sessions: Each session will be charged at the time of booking to confirm and hold your time slot. These session types require a valid credit card to be kept on file for automatic billing.

Please note: No time slot will be held without payment. If payment is not made immediately, there is no guarantee that the time slot will remain available. The only way to guarantee a specific time slot is to complete payment.

You will be sent a secure link to complete your sign-up. Credit card information will not be accepted over the phone or by email. If you need to update your card on file, you may log in to your account at AshleyDawn.com under “My Account”, or request a secure link to be sent to you via text or email. All updates must be made through a secure link to protect your information. By booking a session, you agree to these billing policies and authorize automatic credit card payments through our secure platform, Stripe.

Session Expectations
Sessions are tailored to meet each individual’s goals and creative needs. Clients should come prepared to collaborate in a safe, relaxed environment. All materials created during sessions will remain the intellectual property of both Ashley Dawn and the client as outlined in the copyright section.

Copyright and Co-Writes
All songs written during sessions at Ashley Dawn Studios are considered co-writes between Ashley Dawn and the client, with equal (50/50) copyright ownership. By participating in sessions, you agree to share copyrights equally and acknowledge that Ashley Dawn retains co-ownership of all works created during your time at the studio. If you would like to retain full ownership of a work, a work-for-hire agreement must be signed by both parties and an additional fee will apply.

Professional Recording and Release Guidance
Ashley Dawn Studios provides guidance for clients interested in professional recordings and monetization strategies. These services are optional and may involve additional costs. Ashley Dawn Studios does not guarantee commercial success but will provide insights and strategies to support your creative goals.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee. Ashley Dawn Studios reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify clients as soon as possible.

Communication and Notifications
Clients agree to receive communications from Ashley Dawn Studios via text messaging, phone, and email for scheduling, updates, and relevant studio information. By booking a session, you consent to these communications.

Photo and Media Release
By participating in sessions at Ashley Dawn Studios, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media captured during your sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. These materials may be used on the Ashley Dawn Studios website, social media platforms, and other promotional channels.

You acknowledge that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of this content, and that Ashley Dawn Studios reserves full discretion over what is posted and how it is used. Personal details, such as names or specific song content, will not be shared without your explicit permission.

SMS  MESSAGES & NOTIFICATIONS

Account Notifications

If you check the box to receive account notification SMS messages on our signup form, you agree to receive texts from Ashley Dawn Studios related to your order, service reminders, appointment updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Consent for account notifications is not a condition of any purchase.

Promotional Marketing
If you check the box to receive promotional SMS messages on our signup form, you agree to also receive marketing texts from Ashley Dawn, such as updates about events, new music, and merchandise offers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Consent for promotional messages is optional and not a condition of any purchase.

Confidentiality and Safe Space Policy
Ashley Dawn Studios is committed to providing a safe and confidential environment for creative exploration. All personal and creative details shared during sessions will remain private and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent, except as described in the Photo and Media Release section.

Liability Waiver
Ashley Dawn Studios is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from the client’s participation in sessions. Clients are encouraged to approach sessions with an open mind and realistic expectations regarding their creative development.

Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. In the event Ashley Dawn Studios must reschedule a session, clients will receive a credit towards a future booking.

Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to treat the studio space and Ashley Dawn with respect. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. Damage to equipment,  property or studio space will results in a charge to the payment method on file for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By booking a session or signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
